Making seamless textures

1st we open the immage and set canvassize to 200%

So now we have this:

Then go to ''Layers'' and make the layer the same size as the canvas size

Then duplicate the layer,

and flip the layer horizontal,

Now merge the 2 layers and duplicate the layer again.

Then flip it vertical and save it as jpg
